Actor Jussie Smollett issued his initial statement since being admitted to a Chicago hospital when a reportable assault by 2 unidentified men.
In a statement self-addressed to "Beautiful folks," the Empire actor quenched issues concerning his physical well-being initial.
"Let ME begin by language that I’m ok," Smollett aforesaid in an exceeding statement sent to BuzzFeed news on Friday. "My body is robust however my soul is stronger."
Smollett thanked folks for the love and support they've given him and aforesaid that it "meant over able to|i'll} ever be able to really place into words."
The actor, UN agency aforesaid he was maltreated by 2 cloaked men on a weekday night, wrote that he is been operating with the authorities and has been "100% factual and consistent on each level" concerning this incident.
According to authorities, Smollett told them the nameless men loud, "This is MAGA country" and place a rope around his neck.
"Despite my frustrations and deep concern with bound inaccuracies and misrepresentations that are unfolding, I still believe that justice is served," Smollett aforesaid.
