21 Savagewasn't turned over to ICE by the Dekalb County Police... turns out, ICE was on the scene after they force over the automobile during which the rapper was riding.

21's attorney was angry over Sunday's arrest for being within the U.S. illegally, language ICE knew concerning the rapper's standing since 2017, once he filed for a U-Visa. Thing is ... till Sunday, ICE had no interaction with Savage.

What's a lot of ... 21's attorney says ICE blew it by basing the arrest, in part, on the rapper's previous law-breaking. As we have a tendency to rumored, twenty-one pled guilty to law-breaking drug charges in 2014, however, the record was expunged last year. ICE doesn't need to honor associate expungement ... the arrest and conviction will trigger deportation action.

Ironically, twenty one Savage's move to become a legal resident might have caused the arrest, as a result of USCIS investigates the appliance and will a background check, that apparently disclosed he was born within the UK, came to the U.S. lawfully in 2005 with a visa, however it expired  successive year and he has been here lawlessly ever since.
